What is TheHive?
It’s a group of like-minded individuals with a common business goal who get together remotely on a regular basis to brainstorm, support and assist one another.
What is a Mastermind Group?
The act of gathering into mastermind groups is an ancient practice, we can see a lot of examples of them through the history of mankind: think about King Arthur and his knights, or -to give a more recent example- Alcoholics Anonymous. However, the concept of Mastermind was first put into words in 1925’s book “The Law of Success” by Napoleon Hill. He thought of it as a “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose”.

What is my commitment?
Your commitment will start right after the Initial Meeting, and it involves dedicating one hour of your time per week to the scheduled meetings for at least three months. After this time, you can renovate your commitment.
What is TheHive’s commitment?
As organizers, we commit to matching you with an accurate group. If you don’t feel comfortable, we’ll provide another option for you. In any case, our goal is for you to have the best experience possible, so we’ll be receptive to any concerns, suggestions or questions that you have to make your journey as enjoyable as we can.
What’s a regular meeting like?
After the Initial Meeting, you’ll join your colleagues for the scheduled meetings online. The first 5 to 10 minutes of each session will be dedicated to catching up with everybody’s week and to get updates on where we’re at with our goals from the last session. Then there’ll be 30 to 40 minutes to resume the topic from the previous meeting, take a new one and dive deep into it, or to choose someone to go into the hot seat and receive all our attention. The final 10 to 20 minutes will be to make a conclusion, address other major concern or state what we expect for the week to come.
What is an Initial Meeting?
An Initial Meeting is the first meeting you’ll have with your group. You’ll all be introduced by one of TheHive’s moderators and you’ll go over the Guidelines for the Meetings to clarify what we’ll be doing in the next three months. In this session, you’ll have the chance to clear up your doubts and get a sense of how a regular meeting is going to be.
This is also an opportunity for you to ask yourself how you feel with the other members of the group. In case you think it won’t suit you well, this is the right time to let us know to get you reassigned to another one.
What does it mean that this is a remote program?
It means that everything will be done online so you won’t need to meet personally with anyone. This will give you the flexibility to be anywhere you want and meet people from all over the world.
What’s the criteria for scheduling the meetings?
We’ll go over the group member’s personal agenda to come up with 3 options for a fixed day and time that’s suitable for all. The final option will be discussed and confirmed in the Initial Meeting by all the members of the group.
We advocate for having a fixed day and time for all the regular meetings because it creates a habit and because it lets everyone organize their lives around this space rather than in spite of it.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the entire three-month program is 299 USD.
You can choose to pay after the Initial Meeting and your First Regular Meeting, so you’ll have two entire sessions to try out the program before you make the payment.
How many people are there in a group?
To guarantee that everyone has the chance to speak and that there’s a variety of opinions and career backgrounds to enrich the conversation, the groups will be of 4 to 6 people.
Are there only-female groups?
Yes, you can request being assigned to an only-female group in the Enrollment Application. The main goal here is that you can feel completely comfortable to reach your full potential.
Is there a moderator?

What is considered as intolerable behavior?

How can I report intolerable behavior?
You can write to us at [email protected] with the subject “Intolerable Behavior” and we’ll proceed to evaluate the situation to take proper action.
What happens if I miss a meeting?
We all have a lot of things on our plate, so if you see that you’re not going to make it to your meeting, please kindly write to us announcing that you’ll be absent. This way we’ll be able to keep on track with the schedule.
Be aware that by joining TheHive you’re making a commitment not only to yourself but to your fellow teammates, so in order to respect everybody’s interest you’ll not be able to continue with the program after being absent for the second time in a month.
Can I bring a guest to my group?
